With 74 different islands, the Whitsunday becomes a spectacular group that is sprinkled down the Queensland coast. The islands are beautifully bounded by the bright blue waters of the Coral Sea and also the Great Barrier Reef. You might have heard somewhere about the names of some magnificent sights like Arlie Beach, known as the holiday town; Bowen, known for its more perfect beaches, Whitehaven Beach, for its pristine white silica sand; Laguna, known for tropical island golfing; and Heart Reef renowned for its heart  shaped reef.
